Last
significant dealing transaction
If a major shareholder
or director has reported an increased or decreased holding within
the past six months, an indicator (e.g. ‘5+’) is shown alongside
the number of shares or percentage held. The indicators show
the following information for the most recently recorded deal.
The number shows how many months ago the last reported deal occurred. The suffix shows the outcome of the deal. If, for example, the current month (as printed on the front cover) is December: - indicates that a decrease occurred during the previous month (i.e. November)
5+ shows an increase occurred 5 months ago (i.e. during July) 5N indicates that a newly declared holding was reported 5 months ago (in July) (NOTE: For a major shareholder who is not a director, individual dealing transactions need be notified to the Stock Exchange only when they cause the resultant holding to change to a new 0.5% band. This rule does not apply to directors’ dealings, which must all be notified.) |
